Hey,I am just browsing through and saw you were the most recent post.I have a ton of asf rats.Just trying to communicate with another breeder,I do not generally use them as feed, also I do not seperate weened ones.I let them stay as a family. My largest family housed together is just shy of 90 rodents.I do not know of anyone else who does this......How long have you been breeding ASF's?
@REPTILEJUNKIE33 well, i dont suggest u leave the weaned rats together with the parents because of inbreeding reasons. which might turn out in genetic defects in future offspring. what u can do is separate the by gender and still keep them in large numbers. ive been breeding asfs for almost a year now. if u have any other questions just send me a message. Thanks
