your buttocks is sticking up, you should trust your hips forward a 'little' more to get better result and training for your core. posture is often neglected
I was wondering with daily exercise of resistance training and interval training for about 5-6 hours…is it possible to lose a lot of weight fast? What‘s your advice for fast weight loss.
@sweetkisses4uonly You are absolutely right in terms of the resistance training and interval combination. Staying active on a regular basis in addition to the 30 min - 1 hr per day training is sufficient enough to lose up to 2 lbs per week. I would not try to lose more unless you are above obese. Otherwise, other issues come into factor as to where the weight loss is coming from such as water and muscle loss. Think fat loss versus weight loss.
This is amazing looking, my friend and I have been looking for a good exercise to build up endurance. All I've been doing is a light weight lifting program and a lot of elliptical time. He's been slacking but dreaming of the p90x. He showed me it, and I told him there's got to be alternatives to shelling out hundreds of bucks. I just tried this sucker and it's fun yet challenging. I really just wanted to thank you for making me aware of this!
Hey man, great workout. I use a similar routine, but do a 1 minute interval of skipping rope between each exercise. My circuit is hindu squats, hindu push-ups, zero momentum sit-ups, mountain climbers (50 total), then burpees. It's a real challenge and will wear you out fast.
I do a lot of weight training, but have always been a fan of Matt Furey and other bodyweight gurus. These exercises are great for building real endurance and explosiveness in a fight, on the field, or whatever.
I appreciate that one Kudos. I gotta try that one and put it on my clients. But first, I know what a hindu pushup is but what about the hindu squat? Thanks very much!

how many calories would this melt every 15 mins for instance?

You should easily burn 200kcal per 15 minutes! Since its interval and we are tapping into our anerobic capacity as well, expect to burn more at rest.

Use any kind of platform. Something as simple as a phone book or the curb stomp can work. Thanks for the comment.
