If you spin out in a race like this and the caution comes out but the field comes back around and passes you before you get going again do you loose a lap?

Usually with a spin out, when the caution comes out, scoring reverts back to the last completed lap. From there the car that spun will tag the tail of the field. If he/she is taken out/spun out by another kart, they are supposed to take the tail of the field as well.
