I wonder if Buckethead's "muteness" goes beyond schtick. What I mean is that he might intentionally.ing so limit himself to expressing his creative gifts through his instrument so it is the only way he can express himself. When you only have one way to express yourself, you have to be extremely creative in doing so. Think about Jake Shimabukuro. He forces himself through a two-octave ukulele and because of that he does more with it than ever imaginable.
