COD or GOW, you're just looking for an excuse to hate the game before you even try it. If anything, they're probably going to see what people liked about this game, what they didn't like, and combine it with what everyone loved about the traditional REs. Like the man said, there's no number in front of this RE, so the RE universe and storyline is still undamaged and can continue just fine regardless of the success of this game. And if you really feel that passionate about the game, don't get it.

I'm looking forward to this game. It should be fun to play with the twist of a 3-way war. Its controls seem better than RE5 too, which is a massive plus. The infected part adds something that was missing from previous zombie games. While it's not a survival game like the previous RE games it's back to zombies and that's what I've been looking forward to for a very long time.

Like I've been saying since Resident Evil 5 came out, Resident Evil will not work with just zombies anymore, the clunky controls of the PS1 made it possible, but on the PS3 and XBOX 360 it will NEVER work unless the next console they make have 240p graphics and clunky controls xD

But seriously it's true I mean Resident Evil Revelations worked because it WASN'T ZOMBIES it was MUTATED CREATURES and for some reason that works on 3DS, PS3, PC and XBOX 360

This game looks like complete shit. There's already a million games out there exactly like this. You wouldn't even know it's a resident evil game if you didn't see the title.

The Resident Evil Series (Games 0 to 4) were classics because of their challenging, strategic, unforgiving survival horror gameplay, and Capcom had decided to ignore this, and instead make generic run-an-gun shooters.

The series has been garbage since 5.

@vasilije94 Look this is a Good Departure from the old formula. Stop and Shoot mechanics will not work anymore. Giving players limited control dosnt make things scary, it makes things frustrating. If you dont like this more action oriented route, then dont by RE6, because from the looks of the trailer, there will be even more mobility, and even more action. This is Capcom widening the fan base from the Core Audience. Its called smart buisness.
