@nutter00001 Just over 7kgs with fulcrum racing ones, ultegra brakes, a 105 chain (!!!), dura ace di2 shifting, and zipp carbon bars/stem. There is a thread for it on weight weenies, which I need to update. Will post a video this week one evening.
I think your position is OK, just perhaps drop the saddle about 10mm and level the sadddle. How do you have it set up now that it is several months since you posted this.
I know that position and all that is a preference thing, but here's a few things i noticed from a cyclists POV:
1. It was a good idea to flip the stem, but I think your position could be a little more dropped so you could take out the spacer from under the stem and put them on to, which will also increase stiffness.
2. If I were you (matter of preference) I would slide the saddle further forward on the rails and raise it my quite a bit, maybe an inch or 2
3. This one isn't so important, but maybe twist the handlebars forward a little? This will make your position even lower which is absolutely important in... well... going fast basically.
Of all those consider raising the saddle to be the most important, your leg looks too bent throughout the pedal stroke, but overall looks pretty good :)
P.S. Lovely choice of bike - for that money you could have a 6061 alloy Specialized with Shimano Tiagra which is just shit :)
