Benoit should be in the Hall of Fame, He was one of the best WWE Superstars EVER... He worked hard for the fans. What he did outside of the ring does not make his years of working in the ring worthless. If Undertaker did what Benoit did, would that mean he was no longer 17-0? You get my point.

i agree! the wwe can't induct him now or in the near future! think of both his and nancy's families! they would be outraged that he was being honoured after what happened. i have a feeling that one of the 4 mcmahon's will approach them someday and ask if it would be ok to induct him based on his wrestling history and avoid mentioning the tradgedy. it will just take time. jeez people! how would you feel if you were nancy and daniel's family?
