@alanbstard4 Until you actually do the Nullarbor crossing by road, you haven't lived. The only reason that I would ever do that trip by plane would be if I had an urgent need to be on the other side in a hurry. Every other time (and I've done it more than 40 times now by road), I HAVE done the trip from Adelaide to Perth by road and loved every second of it. I just LOVE driving across the Nullarbor, just as I will do again later this year.
why would you drive through there. Why not fly with an airline?
