RACISM requires institutions that discriminate against and handicapp specific races.
While other races may be BIGOTED against Whites, IN AMERICA Whites hold dominion over all other races...therefore, Whites cannot be discriminated against on the macro level.

Whites are being discriminated against in the system everyday, a poor white person goes thru far more scrutiny to get public services than a black or Latino. Whites are 60% of the population now.
