I am most nervous about getting an offer accepted and not having a buyers list. What is the best way to build my buyers list?

Good post Steph, I think the best way for an investor to buy is to find a money partner. In fact that is what I am going to do! I know a few agents that have done this and they partner and their properties are selling fast and the agent is making a much larger profit than just his % of the 3% commission. However he does get to get a commission as well. So I am going to be spending my time in finding a money partner during this slow season. Keeo up the gooe work.
