I have had this one for two years and it works great. I have nextel direct and cell service. As a GC all of the clamshell type phones do not hold up in the field for me. It has more features than I need blue-T, internet slow. but I dont text, twitty page, assbook, etc. I use a field laptop to surf. Great range with hi-cap battery. I only paid $60 new. xcellent working persons phone!!!

On the manual it says to press the side volume key to silence incoming calls but my does not work. The sales guys said its all i335. can any body confirm this or is the sales man right and anytime someone I do not want to talk to I have to reject them or let it ring out.....

Me and my Brother got this phone it really is a great phone its nice and its not that slow.But I should say the internet is kind of slow but other than that it is a really good phone.

Phil, the i335 is around 49.00. However, the model is being replaced in October by a new model called "Mako." The Mako will retail for 89.00.

I'd grab one or two now while you can.

I am pretty sure it should, you have your sim card chip? that should be sufficient for the phone to work on boost network...This network is off Sprint/Nextels -- and boost uses this..It should work! Good Luck!

haha..actually my aunt has a the nextel version for her electrical business. But everyone I have talked to has it for boost!

Yeah my dad has it for nextel, and i am deciding which phone to get because i hate my old cell. Im deciding between this one the i9 stature, and the blackberry 8350i. Nextel doesnt have the nicest phones but it works where i live. They have been coming out with nicer phones like the i9 and the blackberry. I can't wait. Thanks for responding!!!!

Texting takes a little longer to send & recieve messages. Overall the phone works great and has pretty descent reception.

Usually, when usb cable is used with phone, your computer should identify new hardware and automatically install new drivers for your computer to recognize the component your trying to use. I never have had to purchase anything from motorolla.

This is a great phone. I got it about 2 months ago. Its attractive and sleek and tough! (apparently you can run over it with a car)

I've even had compliments from people with G1 google and iphones. They're just pissed cause they're stuck with a $150 phone bill every month haha! For my purpose though this thing is perfect. I pay like $20 a month. Wish it had a camera. Besides that its almost perfect. 4/5
