a law on parents regulating kids internet is going the wrong direction.

telling companies that those under a certain age must: default to the most private settings and allow opening up from there registering an adult account with them (veto rights AND responsibility) company may have additional requirements on securing data etc

so if a child lies about their age, the company is not at fault and by requiring an adult account you at least give an attempt at having parents involved.

This "Happy Hour" wasn't very interesting or thought provoking. Every night of it is just so-so, unlike other segments, which, overall, are superb. Perhaps "Free for All" with better guests may prove more interesting. "Happy Hour" falls flat much of the time. I also think that the regular RT producers also detract from stimulating dialogue. Nice eye candy but they tend to ditto Alyona rather than coming up with much original. Alyona is creative enough on her own & simply doesn't need their help.
