If hardware were forever, then less musicians would be able to make music. Hardware is really expensive, and frankly, these days it's REALLY hard to hear the difference. Nice Overview! Thanks! As excited as I am about Live 8, am still a little disappointed, okay a lot disappointed about the fact you can only take the entire loop into a clip! I think that severely limits the ability to truly create via Looping! Say you create an awesome loop on the fly that has 5 parts, you will of course want to take each part separately and mix and effect it to create your music! I hope they realize this and make this change! Forever a LIVE fan!!!!
