WTF i went last week and i had a asthma attack and noone had any inhalers (not even medical staff! ) the food was raw, damp rooms, uncomfy beds, manky bathrooms, dirty carpets and ignorant bluecoats just to name a few my mum nearly killed the woman behind the bar coz she was a snotty cow so comfy spacious and accomodating dont know wat friggin pontins he has been to but it aint in britain

Just got back from pontins brean sands chalets were filthy did not get bed linen untill 10pm then there were no duvet covers dirty linen was left outside our door with blood and sick on them overnight , the hole site is very dated and grotty , the place is full of chavs and benifits scroungers. I will never ever go to pontins again and will do my best to stop stop friends and family from going. Ps if you are a chav you may think it great.

we just back from brean sand we had club acomidation, with mould on walls ear wigs rat trap outside, windows half stuck shut n open !! we had only 4 channels on tv so were the digital ? the food was discusting burnt, one day the ran outa tea then orange juice had same pudding for for the 4 days we were there,, never again butlins all the way !!!!!!! i would not eventake my dog there !!! pontin pull your finger out your uoing the cost but my the holiday from hell :>(

The entertainment sucks, to be quite honest. Just got back from brean. In the club the projector just shows the same old tedious crap. But, you'll like it if a bunch of twats in high school musical costumes jumping around is your thing.

Just had a week at Pontins Blackpool and loved it, just because certain people have had bad experiences doesn't make it a bad place, the staff were hard working fun loving people and the chalet was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely brilliant and going again next year.

you can't go next yr, well not Pontins Blackpool, they announced yesterday they close on Oct 2nd. Just a shame for us as we were booked in for Oct 9th..

we've been going for 4yrs and have not had a dirty chalet at all, maybe we were lucky
