Does anyone know the song that plays on the last episode as Haruko says goodbye to Naota? I've been searching for hours and I've gone through almost all of the videos on this channel xD. I'm also pretty sure that the song I'm looking for plays on pretty much every episode near the end, but it's not as easy to find as I had first thought.
