  • Murder capital.. .Stay away

  • GOOGLE:( fast and furious) or (operation gunrunner). and you'll see where the guns are coming from. its no fault of the second amendment of the U.S. or distributors, the establishment has been using the gun violence to sell gun control in the U.S and it links to federal agencies such as ATF, DOJ and others, shipping American guns directly to the cartels. and have since been used in killings such as the border patrol agent, Brian Terry and others. however its an open investigation as of now.

  • so when is the game coming out? ill pay 50 bucks for it =D

  • whenever mexico cant deal with there own shit there backup plan is blame USA. Fuck em bunch of cry babies. Let em arm there citizens there wouldnt be that kinna bull shit going down.

  • The "guns" are not the issue. If the Mexican cartels couldn't get firearms from America, they would just get them from Russia, China or whoever else would sell to them. The issue is the demand for DRUGS in America. It comes down to basic economics, supply will meet demand. If Mexico wants to stop the violence, they can start with ending corruption in their own government and law enforcement. And if the LIBERALS in America want to stop the violence in Mexico, they can simply stop doing drugs!

  • @bmotx Yeah, only liberals do drugs. Moron.

  • @OmegaBRASS

Well yes, liberals, and "fake" conservatives. At the very least you must admit, that it is liberals who by in large advocate the recreational use of drugs. Whoever is consuming the drugs, makes no difference really. The mass cunsumption of drugs in our country, is contributing heavily to the problem, whether you accept it or not. Idiot.

  • @bmotx not the mas consumption but the prohibition of drugs is causing this problems. what happened with alcohol !!!

  • @bmotx decriminalization is the key!!!

  • .....x the south ! arms x the south, not x the north !

  • the mayor stole 100 million dlls and he's living very happy in las cruces nm politics from mexico are the real criminals

  • THE TRUTH AMERICA CAN STOP THIS WAR FASTER BY CUTTING DOWN PROHIBITION IT NEVER WORKS., AND REGULATING WEAPONS WHICH MOST OF THE 50% COME FROM THE USA AND YET THEY DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT . WHY? BECAUSE THE US PROFITS OFD PEOPLE DYING IN MEXICO. TRUTH SPOKEN HERE

  • US goverment is the one who smuggle the drugs to the US and protect the drug lords jus like in ric ross times

  • The cia terrorize Mexico and protects the cocaine corridor between cuba and florida.

    shame on U.S policies!!!!

  • @Shilohmx1 I agree, the same thing is in Mexico in all along country and is really sad watch every single day how the drugs cartel kill a lot of inocent people and a lot of people are between the crossfire... so amigo where are you from????????

  • Sad.

  • @moonrunrs u dont know the thruth that ur goverment hides u think they are actually gonna use real numbers in the graphs they use to represen the percentage of weapons given out, dude in fukin texas u can buy an antitank weapon for self defense totally legal (yeah i overreacted), but srsly dont try to blame south america when u can acutally buy a m60 in U.S

  • Mexico claims the guns are coming from the US but where are the hard statistics? Their neighbors to the south have WAY more guns and they are much cheaper than in the USA. Moreover, none of the guns in the US are fully automatic. Central America has loads of leftover fully automatic weapons from decades of civil war. Not hard to smuggle those into Mexico and sell. I think Mexico's claim that the weapons are coming from the US are just sour grapes on their part.

  • Civil wars financed by the United States

  • The typical Ar-15 / AK-47 sold in the U.S. are semi-automatic and not assault rifles ( the ban was useless and retarded), in a border town like Juarez some guns come from the U.S. but I seriously doubt 95%. If America's guns are the problem, then wouldn't the U.S. have a much higher violence rate than Mexico?

  • This is an attempt to blame gun owners in America for the 20000 murders in Mexico last year....rather than blame the billionair drug cartels who are pulling the triggers.

  • just send the marines....get shit done.

  • 10 a day! 10 a day!! fuck 2 bad there isnt a way to come together and peacfully make illegal money god bless yall

  • What a mess... so sad

  • it was fucked up but its like video game over there i feel sorry for all those good people what a nightmare

  • i miss the old Juarez. I quit going in 07 after a policeman tried to rob me. he was so mad I got away someone followed me and I got robbed in el paso a couple hours later.

  • @dixiejon lucky u still alive.did u really have something worth following u to el paso

  • So bad do i wish that i could have the know how of getting dual citizenship and be able to join the Mexican army and get rid of all these assholes out on the streets of my fathers homeland. I cant believe i used to think this sort of things was cool, idolizing the gang life and cartels. selling drugs and all that bullshit. im glad i turned my life around and opened my eyes. i wish everyone wanting to get involved in this could open there eyes. Even though im broke im happy with just living...

  • @dzilla91 yeah I know, im from Juarez and living here right now, i like your idea but.. is too dificult that cartels open the eyes you know, all these people are very very intoxicated with drug so,, they don't understand nothing,, and sorry if my english is so poor but im mexican haah i don't speak english

  • You send us drugs and illegals, we send the guns!

  • so drugs being smuggled into the US is our fault, as well as guns entering mexico? Not sure how this makes sense. If you claim it's our fault drugs are being smuggled into our country, isn't it mexicos fault guns are being smuggled into their country? You can't have it both ways. I guess mexico needs a few more million dollars in aid from us, then maybe they'll be able to fix "our" gun problem.

  • @mstahl84 I don't think they are trying to "blame" it on the US. fact is the US is the BIGGEST drug consumer in the world. Just think for a sec here. If the US wasn't "demanding" so many drugs for the millions of drug addicts that live there, there wouldn't be a huge drug war in Mexico because the cartels wont have anyone to sell it to.

  • @diasflac0g yeap itz the truth

  • keep blaming the US for your problems thats fine we will just blame all the illegals for ours....works out i guess?

  • Down to 2 murders a day..BBBSSSSS....thats what they report..

  • them bitches look pretty... n the gold rifle...

  • This motherfuken mayor is useless. He's got lot's of money, homes in the U.S.,and has been "steming" the problem far too long.He is an acomplice as he cannot stop the vilolence. People over there are dirt poor and still taxed ,..yet the city fails utterly to have a successful and effective police force!!!

  • Contaminate 20 large shipments of cocaine with Anthrax & let justice take its course: Down with the drug addicts!

  • @1chichimec1 thats the stupidest thing i've ever read on youtube. and i read nothing but stupid shit on here. wow

  • @1chichimec1 i like that idea

  • @1chichimec1 wow you are fucking retarded

  • @1chichimec1 best comment ever! i like that idea, would work too! lol

  • @1chichimec1 YEah because people with addictions should be put to death. That is a fucking disgusting statement i hope to god you never have anyone with an addiction in your family because you probably wouldn't be able to handle it.

  • @1chichimec1 do the same with cigarettes and alcohol and big macs kill all the addicts !!!!

  • Just legalize the weed already. That is where they are getting most of their revenue. They use weed to persuade others into hard drugs to keep em comin back. It's just a perpetual cycle of poverty, violence, and crime that prohibition has been turning. It is ruining US neighborhoods and now Mexico. No one has ever died from using weed, but think of the thousands of lives lost through prohibition.

  • Legalising weed will only make things worse. Then weed would be sold everywhere just like cigarettes and then more and more people think it is ok to smoke weed and it becomes a common thing. Before you know it, people do hard drugs for a bigger kick because weed is like just another thing now. The same situation would be back where illegal hard drugs rule the American streets.

The best solution is for Americans to quit doing drugs. Every time you do drugs or weed, someone in Mexico dies for it

  • @pogularocky That is stupid. Americans will nv quit drugs. That's just a fact that we should accept. Imaginary laws do not keep ppl from doing weed. They also don't keep ppl from thinking it's wrong or okay. I don't smoke bc I have been educated on the negative effects of cigarettes. Weed isn't a gateway drug bc ppl want something harder. Your going down a slippery slope. It's a slippery slope bc illegal drug dealers want to keep their costumers hooked. They lace their weed &

  • .... introduce users to harder drugs in order to keep them hooked. If we separated the hard drugs from soft drugs people would not slip into the other. Just look at Holland drug policies. Their marijuana use rates are law along w/ their crime rates. In fact when Holland reconstructed their policies crime went down so much they had to start closing prisons.

  • Weed does not need to be sold every if it is a heavily regulated industry.

  • somebody put drugs in los angeles and in the poor areas so they destroy themselves......now somebody is doing the same thing in mexico....giving away arms and drugs....

  • The drugs flow into America through Mexico. People do not do drugs in Mexico as much as they do in US itself. It is the Americans who think doing drugs is cool that put the innocent and poor Mexican lives in jeopardy.

  • Its crazy over there but it aint just the cartels doing the killing its the police and the soldiers abusing the power they are given. You can literaly pay someone on the street to assasinate a person for you in Juarez. Heres to the most voilent city in the world where murders are as normal as going outside.

  • They don't call it "The Wild West" for nothing! All

the killings between the warring cartels is part of

doing business.Who cares if they kill each other?

It's the innocent bystanders that is unacceptable,

so that's when the armedforces have to get into

the mix.I hope Mexico gets back to normal soon!

  • Too many flaws from such a respected newspaper. It needs to hear from the people who live there in order to concieve the stats, because false ones just continues to give the false impression - exactly as those detoriating opinions from the typical, right wing American media

I say this because it hurts me deeply to see my people live this way. I really hope they get the peace they so much deserve.

  • wtf. i was born in juarez and raised there, and i know the damn military didnt bring the killings down to 2 a day. they range from 10-15

  • and now we have 5 dead persons perday ii haora muer 5 por dia

  • It is not a war between Juarez and the Gulf Cartels, It's between the Juarez and Sinaloa Cartels.....Get it right!

  • Another 5 kills today 11/17/09 9:24PM

  • 21 persons killed during this past weekend, 3 today (16/Nov/2009), 129 November 2009, 2210 on this year 2009.

  • Since I put this message 4 persons were shoot here in Juarez. 2 men shoot on Infonavit Juarez Nuevo on the streets Zaragoza and Toronja Roja 1 die and the 2nd its wounded. The third victim die on Infonavit Areopuerto on the streets Capulin and Manuel J. Coluthier and the last one was killed on El Granjero on the streets Mamey and Av. Jilotepec. This is why I say this is not only a war I do not know how to call this hell.

  • Its not rumors the mayor lives in El Paso. And all what we live here in Juarez know weapons came from USA. This is not a war between 2 drug cartels when 2 days ago a kid of 7 years old die with more than 6 shoots and this is not the first children who die under these conditions.

  • really, there are more than 12 people killed each day

  • The Juarez mayor is the most inept ever. He travel in an armoured SUV while the people of Juarez suffer from insecurity. It is rumored that he lives in El Paso with his family. He is a disgrace to the city of Juarez

  • he travel in an armoured SUV because he have death notes from the cartels

  • let me tell you, this is truth, tonydelacruz and aizaking, im from juarez, and a fleed because the violence, this last two years the killings get worse, some days more than 10 per day, the doctors, dentists even the school teachers are receiving extorsion calls to pay a protection fees this is normal , like any other city in Mexico, its not only in juarez, what about tijuana, laredo, even guadalajara,, im wrong? you know what im talking?

  • tehy should just take them hoodrats in the clubs, the guns in the police stations, the drug dealers, and the drugs AND BURN THEM ALL TOGETHER. They make us Latinos look like disgusting human beings with no morals.

  • the truth is JUAREZ is all fucked up right now...and every day its getting worse

  • fuck yeah these assholes are lying, two a day give me a break more like ten or fifteen.

  • Actually, this is not true, the Mexicans use fully automatic weapons typically, and the weapons from the US are not fully automatic. The assault weapons ban has nothing to do with it, Mexicans are getting guns from other places, about 15 years ago, a border patrol agent told the class that he was fired up with AK-47s, this is nothing new, from what I heard, a lot of the weapons are coming from central and south America, people need to get their facts straight.

  • If you can buy a gun in Arizona, bring it to California, and convert it to full auto then it can reach the streets of Mexico.

  • people here in the US keep buying drugs thinking "I'm not hurting anyone", yes they are take a look at the poor people in Juarez.

  • This is some bs, they are not arresting no damn cartel members, they are just arresting the lowest of all thugs.... and wannabes

  • i dnt thk a normal city has 23 killings in 2 dayz

  • I'm from Juarez and I'm very proud of it, please if you don't know what is really going on don't comment, Juarez is as normal as any other city, we just have the military patrolling the streets. ALSO, mexican haters don't be ignorant, who buys drugs from Mexico??? Americans, niggers are hooked up in all that shit, most college students are into something too, so let's be reasonable, because in some way USA and Mexico depend in each other.

  • I actually lived in juarez from 2007 and all of 2008 and it was a normal city except for the killings going on. I actually once went to the strip club that the military went into. Its an ugly ass place and most drug traffickers hang out at the higher end places.that one chick with the highlights has pierced nips i can tell you that lol. but anyway the thing with living among violence is that people get acustomed to it and see it as a normal thing.

  • there's two c's in accustomed

  • This is factually incorrect. Most guns seized in mexico are untraceable, because they were made in china or russia and don't have serial numbers. The only guns that are traceable are those with serial numbers, and only american guns have serial numbers. The actual number of american guns seized in mexico is around 17 percent.

I would ask those who made this video which gun store in the US sold the RPG that was used by the cartels in a recent gun battle in nuevo laredo? This is just propaganda

  • It is funny, how people believe this crap, those guns are not even from here, very few of them are, the guy from the ATF who stated these facts was friggin retarded, and I do not know where he got his supposed facts from. The person who made this video does not know the difference between fully automatic weapons and semi-automatic weapons.

  • well boi dude, i also have lived in texas for a long time, so to assume i don't know mexicans is just another pussy left wing attempt to make me the hater, well bull shit is bull shit, lets look at mexico historically? when whitey got here from europe they were tossing captured natives into the sacrifice pyres, and for 500 years have had a very bloody non-gringo past, so before you spew off about racism, remember your own reverse racism and self loathing is just as disgusting.

    jimmy

  • typical american bashing, oh the americans buy all the drugs blame the buyer, oh the americans sell all the guns blame the seller, oh and the canadian anti-american, you don't need a gun to get stabbed dipstick, stop selling canada as the land of peaches and cream, it's NOT.

    jimmy in EDMONTON

  • This is complete and utter horse shit!!! A year ago the cops in Tijuana had to turn in their guns so the Federalis could try to trace them back to any crimes that have been commited.

Only 30% of those guns come from the U.S. This is just another shit headed attempt by gun grabbers to take away the rights of legal U.S. citizens to practice their second ammendment rights!

Fuck Mexico! If they were a more responsible government they wouldn't be head deep in the shit right now.

  • No matter on what side the violence occurs and no matter what country this problem exists in we are are capable of ending it thru one form or another erase the politics and prejudices and create the air of human compassion that is needed to end so many lives from ending prematurely. People in Juarez deserve to have peace just like we do here in El Paso....

  • Actually, H. Clinton said a month ago in Mexico, 90% of guns in Mexico come from US. If someone here live at Arizona will understand why it's important for US to help finish with cartels (kidnapping and violence is already there). Cause cartels have already corrupted autorithies and business people within the US (Allen Stanford can't be the only one) Remember that even people within the US embassy in Mexico have been declared involved in helping the cartels. That's why is a security issue for SS

  • I have a question, why do american citizens need assult wepons? Who do they want to assult?

  • The corrupt government officials who mean to take away our liberty and enslave us. Read the constitution, its plain and simple

  • 17%? YEAH! and there's no mexican illegal people in the USA either!

  • Only 17% of the guns in Mexico come from the US. Most of them legally.

  • ...if they dont get the guns from the USA theyre just gonna get it from the black market in south america. its only gonna hurt law abiding citizens if u ban them.

  • I am so glad that these guns are getting out of the US. I hope they all leave. send them to canada or mexico.

  • Canada won't buy your guns. We have a gun ban with the exception of hunting rifles and police/army issued arms. Most gangs here try to stab each other, which is ok with me because when you stab someone you stab the guy you want to kill and run away. You don't just go on a drive-by stabbing.

  • I love how they are blaming it ALL on the United States.

  • glad i dont live in Mexico

  • what i want to know is why we never hear anything about dea or ice making any arrests of any drug lords, here buying all the tons of weed, coke and heroin. the very people who are paying drug cartels with guns, if mexico is the mule, who are the billionare buyers here? not getting busted!!, i guess they pay their quote on time !!!

  • I don't like guns.... Violent tool to kill people...

  • These reporters are brave i have been to juarez in a long time!!! its nuts out there!!!

  • Just another good example showing that banning guns in a country DOESNT keep them out of the hands of criminals and only hurts law-abiding citizens...

  • Another reason to make our borders more secure...

  • im canadian, i smoke weed, if i could id just but canadian grown weed, if it was legalized then there would be no problem

  • you can buy canadian weed, it's very easy. BC bud is the best. always ask where the weed is coming from. if it's not coming from within canada, don't buy it!

  • More reason to legalize.

The war on drugs is a bloody and futile one.

It will never be won, It's not at all effective, It only pushes up the prices of Illegal substances and increases demand thus increasing supply.

There is more heroin and coke coming into the us than ever.
