For videos/music videos, why dont you just setup your PS3 as a media server and wirelessly broadcast from your computer?? :S You can do the same thing with an XBOX360 too... I hear the Wii will soon be able to do the same soon.

There is no point in this av cable because it can only be used to watch videos from your ipod already have on the computer. The computer can be connected to the TV with cables you probably already have to, either VGA, DVI or HDMI cables.
