Please understand when the Swiss burn the Singapore flag they do so against the ruthless government. Beating someone for unauthorized spray painting a train proves Singapore cannot be a first world counry as it is still un-civilised. We need United Nations sanctions against Singapore to start and continue to expose Singapore cruelty on web sites.
I have the funny feeling that if a swiss police officer, or even if someone who works in the train industry in Switzerland came across someone spray painting a train they'd give then a pretty good beating too, before either calling the police or arresting the person and charging them with vandalism and 'resisting arrest" ^^
@swiwi86 I have the funny feeling you are right. However, that is how someone might handle that situation personally, but a government should not incite violence, it should protect against it. Brutality especially used against someone who committed no violent act is morally and ethically wrong. This flogging frenzy that discriminates against men in Singapore is a sickness in epidemic proportions.

Force 10 is an indication of sea state (waves) and the force of the wind. Force 10 winds range from 48-55kts. Google Beafort Scale for more.
