I'm stuck on the number screen, everytime I put in my number it says that the service is unavailable. My itouch is tethered and when i booted it whatsapp stopped working. I decided to reinstall it and when i did, the number screen came up and now I'm stuck there.

If this is not working for anyone, it's perhaps because Installous (at least the very latest version) doesn't automatically install apps. Go to Downloads, tap Whatsapp and tap Install.

I, too, thought it was not working anymore. I think that step was skipped in this tutorial.

Don't working for me either. But I don't care. Maybe thats because I previous had tried to install whatsapp. I get my confirmation sms by swirlysms on my ipad and used this number for confirmation. Fullforce is a cydia tweak that forces some apps to appear in full screen mode on the ipad. Works quite well with some but others are totally mixed up. Just search fullforce in cydia, install and try around.

Are you using full force to make the app look like that? Im running a beta 4.3 and i guess thats why it doesnt work 4 me, it doesnt register me in chat server

You have to manually add contacts in "Contacts" .. Then they will automatically be added to your Whatsapp contacts!
