Conflict of interest? How about exclusive buyer agents only getting paid if the buyer purchases a property? Would the agent ever tell the buyer not to buy due to market conditions?
Very helpful video to differentiate between buyer agents and Exclusive Buyer Agents. It's the only way to advocate for home buyers without having a potential conflict of interest. This is the approach I have taken for my company since 1990. Good job NAEBA.
