Hi, I've been watching this, and basically it looks pretty much the same as for our dishwasher but then x4 or in other words, ours is a much larger machine. But compared to our machines we have in Europe these N-American machines do look sooo old fashioned and somehow a bit unprofessional too. Further on it consumes much more time to clean your machine.
I never understood why Hobart makes so much better machines in Europe than in the USA, it's original market. Anyways thanks for the nice video.
