check for the bearings on the main shaft one or two might be busted it might be getting stuck when its rotating. its actually a very simple construction so there shouldnt be any problem. check the motor as well cause a sudden rev on the motor can cause the same effect. but i still think its the distance you might have to adjust it a bit. put 2 pcs of paper in between the motor and the main gear. one more thing check the teeth on the main moror it might be that one of the teeth gor busted

i see everything you told me.....i dint undersatand about the paper so good but i cant do so much about the motor place i cant move it so much out hehe but it looks greta for me? what else i can do?i will buy a main shaft and i will change and new main gear again! if with the main shaft will do the same then i will say to you again!
your esc might be broken. but first check the distance between the motor teeth and the maingear might be too much space between them. but if you cant control the power and it just go on high throtle esc might be busted
the think is i have seen the distance between the main gear and the motor teeth is great is like before.....what u mean with esc,yes i can control the power the think is when i give power then it been broken the teeth again!
