@Zzozze No, the "Mystery Babylon" of Revelation is Rome. The Babylon of the land of the Chaldeans as spoken of by Jeremiah in chapter 50 and 51 is in old Mesopotamia, or modern day Iraq. The Parthians found old Babylon deserted and in ruins by 119 B.C. So it was long gone when Peter referred to "Babylon" in his epistle from Rome. 1 Peter 5;13. The OLD Babylon will not emerge and be rebuilt, in fact, it is slated for FINAL destruction like Sodom as Jeremiah explains in his chapter 50 and 51.
