  • @eseblue13 Small snack 30 minutes before, Advise about 3-4 oatmeal biscuits, Something along them lines, then 30 minutes after Small snack again, Eat about 4-5 times a day, Small meals though ;)

  • @eseblue13 eat before your workout....although only eat a small amount depending on how long is your workout. Ex workout is 40 minutes long...have something small such as a power bar, or even maybe a toast

  • This guy is a little panzy, he hasn't got a six pack that's clear by his body fat, his shorts are just a big nono, have you seen his other videos? The 'perfect runners warm up', more like 'how to look ridiculous in public by doing over-the-top nonsense', the guy acts like he knows sport science.

  • It's a lot like being given a tutorial by an eton gym-master, but it's all spot on. We need more vids like this, partly focusing on developing the lower back/obliques to support the flood of abdominal exercises being spouted.

  • I'm not saying, that a bit hypertrophy in the abs are not necessary but most people who can walk upright have all ab necessary to show them when your BF gets about 10% or lower.

  • FACT: You CAN have ripped abs without having doen any dangerous dieting. I weigh 180 and am ripped and eat like a horse... very healthy foods... just watch my fat and carb intake and eat every 3 hours. You simply need to also do cardio (I do treadmill) and some good ab exercises. Don't let anyone tell you that it's UNHEALTHY to have a washboard stomach!

    I have been doing 14 workouts about 3 for each body part, tricept, back, legs, shoulders bicept chest but someone told me thats too much and i can do 4 or 5 workouts with 4 sets each with 8-10 reps which is better help pleasee the workouts the 5 i would do are

    Bicept Curl

    Tricept Press Back

    Dumbbells chest press

    Standing side lateral raises

    Squat & Arnold Press

    if you have other tips please feel free to teach me

    i only have dumbbells though

  • @pronation1 it depents of your physic skinny or heavy

    if you are skinny and you want to gain muscles you need :

    - To lift heavy weights you can and with few repetions each set ,for example:

    1st set of 15 reps (light weight to warm up)

    2nd set of 10 reps(70% weight of your maximum capacity)

    3rd set of 8 reps (90% weight of you max capacity)

    4th set of 6-5 reps (100% weight you can so you gain muscles and power).

  • @pronation1 And if you r heavy and you want to loose fat and gain muscles,you will need to lift leight weights but long reps ranging from 15 to 20.

    if you are beginer , better focus on big muscles chest,back,shoulders,biceps,an­d if you already have good legs,dont bother working theim out too much,they take a lot of energy and time.

    thats my opinion,everyone has it owns :)

  • This is terrible. Listening to this ***** will guarantee you stay the same. It's all about diet - calories in, calories out - cardio/interval training. Circuit training/weight training. Ab training plays a tiny tiny role - in fact you don't need it at all. This idiot doesn't have a six pack - we can all tell - his body fat is way too high - not only that he's got no muscle at all. I think it's all pathetic.

  • there is no way to get fit fast. like other people have said, u dont just go to the gym one day and lift weights to get strong. consistancy is the key factor in getting strong. i dont know if this video works or not but it definetly does not work in 6 minutes. maybe if you do them for a few months, then you will see some results. and the guy doesnt need to take off his shirt if he doesnt want too... not all people work out without shirts

  • i'm so sick and tired of ppl makin outlandish claims like "6 minute six pack", "3 minute abs", "ripped abdominals in 20 secs", etc blah blah blah...essentially, these are all just plain old abdominal crunches that vary slightly in form!! Let's get this straight,there's no secret trick to get cut ab,the key is consistency (do ab workouts regularly), vary the method (don't do same exact workout each time), and eat right (low fat, variety)!! GET IT RIGHT, STOP LOOKIN FOR SOME1 TO DO THE LEGWORK 4 U

  • Great video and very informative, especially to those that claim you should just lift weights. THis guy explains about strengthing the core of the body, suggest you read up on this before you post pathetic comments as you make yourself look very silly commenting on something you know nothing about. These excerices do actually work very well and are taught by trainers in all good gyms.

    lots of cardio plus working your abs will definately help with your parkour too =)

  • the best way to achieve a 6 pack is simply to have a low body fat percentage,so if you do this workout and are not getting a 6 pack and thinking,,y am i still fat????? then u need to burn off more calories, eat healthy, go on cv machines , they make you lose more weight than running etc, so low body fat percentage is what you need!!!

    Everyone has abs. They're just under a layer of fat if you're overweight. These exercises will help to make your abs more prominent and defined.

    In order to lose weight, you need to eat less and more healthily, focus on cardio, etc. Do stuff that has you panting and sweating -- go for a run, cycle, swim.

  • im 17 i've been training for 16 months religiously (with airobic trainnin obviously) and train my abs and i see the results and i have taken no maximuscles or steroids none of that.but i wanna take maximusle now because i want to see my abs get BIGGER and other muscles. I think there is a difference between havin abs and a flat stomach there is a difference but to get the real OVER DEVELOPED ABS i am sorry but trainning alone doesnt do it i think u wud need to take maximuscle or steroids
