What rules would the government not play by in the context of what i mentioned? why would the government not "play by" the rule that the earnings from the fed are rebated to THE GOVERNMENT? he doesnt know what he is talking about when it comes to the Fed. All the Feds earnings from interest from dollars it prints are rebated to the treasury anyway, so there is no net gain by the Fed.

Also while true that the Fed in a private entity, it enacts policy decided by the publicly appointed Board of Governers.

It seems the minister has been watching a few to many amatuer conspiracy videos on youtube...

The Fed chairman is an appointee of the president. The DEMOCRATS passed the act imposing the Fed on USA. It is an independant entity within the government. Under its appointment and with the president, it sets things such as interest rates, etc. It is not a money making entity. It does not have shareholders. It does not have an owner.
