OMG this is my fave C.T.H movie. Its a pity they didn't make the character run of with the daughter that would have been the cherry on top.Brian Austin Green was so cute and funny in this movie also

This was a great movie, you don't know anything else about him. It is possible that he was from Juvenile hall to prison for when he came back to this town, he would have had to be around real criminals to have that knowledge of such. But my favorite song in the movie was when the credits were rolling.

Thanks for uploading, I am also a fan of this film! This scene is awesome, as is the one later on with Howell walking away from the Sheriff prior to his shotgun backfiring. Fantastic soundtrack.
