There is a news report out today titled "Law enforcers struggle with illegal-immigrant crime" (link below). For example the article says the cost of incarceration for criminal aliens by the federal government was $1.4 billion in 2004. Meanwhile Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials say they are "stretched thin and often hampered by state and local sanctuary policies that limit cooperation."

Again this issue seems to get off base with common sense. There have been many bad laws the USA has had. Denying illegals is not a bad law or laws. Rosa Parks and blacks were denied rights why?
