the song name is Tombe la neige, which is the original song name, but it's sung in Japanese.

I found it!! I lost this song which was in an Adamo album given to me when I first visited my uncle in Japan as a kid. I have been singing this song to myself for many many years, now thanks to YouTube, and thanks to Masami43A, a beautiful version by Teresa Teng! So beautiful! Yes, arisan. I just wonder why this quasi-HD mode (&fmt=35) appears irregularly despite consistent encoding parameters used for this and other clips of mine.

Maybe they are testing this new mode while picking some videos at random (not sure).

In some cases, we can't watch HD videos smoothly. It is mainly caused by the internet connection speed.

I hope this would be the default mode in exchange for "watch in HD" option in the future.
