@artashes999 basic iZ3D software is free, if you want to use another 3D method or any other glasses then yes you have to get a new 3D monitor, HD 6970 is ready to try in any kind of port and monitor using anaglyph iZ3D, mine is connected through DVI

Does the 3d work as good as nvidias and what glasses and monitor do u use for ati?

@kresge97 I have not tested Nvidia's 3D my self, them both good systems, ATI 3D and iZ3D drivers allow many different ways to see 3D depending on your monitor config and glasses, including checkerboard, polarized and shutter glasses. I don't have a 3D monitor so I use anaglyph glasses.
