Trade, when voluntary, is mutually beneficial to each party since each gets something that they value more than what they gave up. If money if the root of all evil then trade is the root of all evil which makes people better off. So what you're essentially saying is to be better off is evil. Bob's commitment (and sacrifices)gave great credibility to the cause. Ex-Sci may have seemed like they had an axe to grind, but Bob made many (like me) look closer at the controversy and I'm glad I did. Anon has taken up the mantle now, but we owe Bob a debt of gratitude.
