@R3dM0nDay She was playing a woman who was supposed to be in high school in Van Nuys, CA back in the Eighties. So she was doing schtick from "Valley Girl", which was a popular song back in the day about girls from the San Fernando Valley and the funny way they talked

She needs a wig because Hair gets sweat and flat quickly under those very very hot stage light.... I guess all in the bold and beautiful wear some sort of wig or hair piece . cuts cost and time in having to redo HAIR on set
