hello there....im gona be installing a 3sgte on my ae92 soon. how do you set it up with anti lag? i dont think the ecu has an e prom...not sure about this yet. but how did you do that?

The Toyota Sprinter Marino is a four-door hardtop version of the GT-APEX Trueno produced between 1991 - 1998 for sale in the Japanese Domestic Market. Unlike the less powerful models the GT model has twin exhaust pipes, identical to GT-APEX Trueno 20V 4AGE models and has an interior identical to that of the AE100 series Toyota Sprinter GT-APEX Trueno. The Marino is a common sight in New Zealand.

Its a misfire system. basically it lets a small amount of fuel into the turbo. It then detonates the fuel usually via spark plug. This keeps the turbine spinning and virtually eliminates lag from the turbo. It will also completely destroy a turbo, if not the engine in a very short time. Misfire systems are used a lot in rally cars.

ha, i knew what it was. My roommate likes to get on my comp when i'm AFK and type random things. You should see my aim logs....

but where was the marino sold? and the 3SGTE is so versitle, what car can't have a swap. I've seen 86's, MR2's, the 2nd gen supra's ect. I also think just the 3SGE is a few FF cars, so that makes it available for FF, FR and MR.

actually, the marino either comes as a 4AFE or 4AGE. that 3SGTE had its engine swapped

wow really? it'd hae to be super used. i have the 4AFE version. has just 115hp at 6000rpm and 137nm at 4800rpm. try get the 4AGE black top, has 162hp and 162nm just supercharge it or covert it to turbo cuz those are it's stock specs
