I recently used a high speed camera that did 1000000 frames per second. it was crazy. could watch somebody jump for hours. but hey those ping pong clips are sweet. i'm definately going to try that.

Ye the frame rate is too low, for a normal camera they are usually 30 fps but high speed cameras shoot about 1000-3000 fps

Not all of these are high speed cameras. the soccer kick is just a standard 29.97fps slowed down. It's not even fluid. High speeds run at 2000 fps.
