誰かが『人生は潮の満ち引きに似ている』を言っていましたが、この曲も"嵐の時も、凪の時も、潮の（時の）流れに抗う事なく、絶えず人生のオールを漕ぎ続けよう"という事なのではないかと思います。
オールを漕ぎ続ければ辛いことは次第に遠ざかっていくし、オールを漕ぎ続ければきっと幸せが近づいてくる。ただし、それらは潮のように来ては去って行くことを繰り返すのではないかと思います。
