Yeah this is one of the best songs iv ever heard in my life...summoning is just....amazing.This actually is (in my opinion)TRUE black metal, black metal should be like this,i think its better with that little folk sound summoning puts into it.
Satanism does not even tie into this ONE BIT. I'm sure you also did not know Lucifer means light. Would you not say in our world of left and right, good and bad - that light is more so the 'savior' or the good of this world. It's better for you to question rather than jump to misconceptions and label something as Satanic. You wouldn't jump in a fucking pool if ye didn't know how to swim; Same fucking idea.
Bence to clear up all the idiotic misconceptions that are crammed up your uterus - Tolkien was a devote Catholic man. Summoning base their lyrics and concept albums purely on Tolkien's world of Middle Earth.
It's sad that people are too narrow-minded and they aren't able to admire really worthy and atmospheric music. I think the song "in hollow halls beneath the fells" would also fit well in this video.
Look Bence is used so I had to figure out another one. Anyway, I Listen RAP and hip-hop, but I do prefer some (really few) rock songs. Well this one is very "satanic". No offense mate!
Satantic? Where? Some cawing singing alone doesn't make a band "satanic". You wouldn't call them so if they'd sing clean. Apart from that - it's futile to compare this kind of music with normal rock songs.
@Naglfar83 , well they are satanic:)) But it makes their music so fascinating, and in this song there is no any satanic lyrics, but dark magic of melody in perfect harmony with the story:)) Maybe Tolkien was a bit satanic himself:)))
This is easily better than the LOTR original soundtrack. And the LOTR OST is fucking awesome.

One of my most favorite BM bands ever. They just keep putting out such great stuff, without sounding cheesy like most other groups do.

Intro of the 1st part: "Grey Heavens" by Summoning (Album: Lugburz). I know that it should be spelled "Havens" not "Heavens", but they misspelled it.
Outro of the 2nd part (credtis): "Unto A Long Glory..." by Summoning (Album: Dol Guldur).

Can't imagine a song which fits better to this scenario. But I didn't expect any other comment from someone with "RAP" in his name. :P
