does the dsi have its own wi-fi like you dont need a cable to connect the dsi with the pc

All of the versions do, its part of an online promotion as soon as you get on the DSi shop it theyre given to you.

The DSi exclusive stuff is region locked, but the DS games will work. I don't know what the name is but there is special flashcards made for the DSi
