@DewbieHaut I don't remember whether it was leaning, but it's definitely in a major state of decay.

@DewbieHaut Lots of falling bricks, but the structure is framed out of reinforced concrete and is not in any immediate danger of collapsing.

@MontelongoOffice I've loved exploring abandoned buildings ever since I was a kid and would explore abandoned farmhouses when I was growing up in Illinois. BTW, somebody should Flip This Apartment Building. ;-)
