umm...i don't hate ikuto but

1) tadase already distrusted him so there was no point in hurting him more

2) if he wanted to avoid help from amu and her family, he should have just left without telling her (like when she was distracted by tadase)

my conclusion? Ikuto chose the WORST possible way to "protect" them
