tbh the smash court and virtua tennis series are better than this. the gamplay in top spin 3 is TOO stiff. im pretty sure if u hit a FH like that irl its gonna go out or in the net. (its not even how the real players irl) hit a FH so its not even close to realistic(except the backgrounds and the court set up)

few things to knock on for ts4: better graphics, look at vt09. better career and crowd reaction. smash court tennis 3 has by far the best career mode in which a calender is given to you, sponsorships, and even a rival player. their crowd also reacts to hard to get shots and insane rallys. in this, they just whistle at the end of the point. also get the realistic grunts of the players. and for 360, GET NADAL!!!

I like the playability....... but the career mode ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. It was much better top spin 2, and virtua tennis 3. You can't have sponsor, you don't have a coach, when you win a tournament, there is no trophee, there are no exhibitions, or Davis Cup/Fed Cup, anything! Only tournaments, you don't defend points, rankings start again on january 1st, so if you win the australian open, you are number 1.Career mode sucks, I hope they fix it top spin 4 because they do so well the playability part.

In my view, Top Spin 3 is much more realistic than Virtua Tennis 2009.

For two reasons only:

1. The movement of the players are simply energetic, alive, the graphics are so well involved to the atmosphere and there's not a single bug or glitch that could have made them fail.

2. Online playing is the best feature for this game.No matter how the adversary quits the game, you will have your stats recorded that you won the match and the brands are original that stick to it, without Wimbledon. :-(
