hey mate! i just bought one of these too!! they are great but does your spacebar light up because mine doesnt and dont know if that is faulty or just normal :S

@XDPiNoYXD There is a Program cald the VAIO Contorl Center on the laptop you launch it by: 1. Start menu-All Progams- VAIO Contorl Center or 2: Hold down your VAIO Key right next to your power button. Next It will be under: Keyboard and Mouse then click Backlit Keyboard Hop this does it for you.

there's no shortcut on the keyboard for the blacklight ? and its on when the surrowding is dark there's no way that it could be turned on when i want

@MrA4fun There is a way of doing that with few steps 1st Hold the VAIO Button down for a couple seconds that will bring up the VAIO Command Center it will be under Keyboard and Mouse: Backlit Keyboard you can mess with the settings there hope this answers you question =)

I've always wondered what the keyboard would look like backlit. I personally don't need one because I've memorized the key layout.

Hey I am thinking about buying the c but does it get hot after constant use. and do you know if the large capacity battery sticks out of the back like some laptops often do?

@MrDehonourable That depends on what you do with it this computer stays cool because it has a fan inside the computer it self. I know the because I am using it right now.
