It takes a lot of practice to reach a good level in playing flamenco, but I hope that with your great videos and lessons it would be much easier to sophisticate our guitar abilities. One more time, Thank You! These melodies really make my heart weep. Awesome!

  • very nice ^^

  • thank you

  • amazing :O

  • what type of guitar are you using.. i really like the sound and was looking for a flamenco?

  • This is a 1971 Shelton Ferretta Blanca Flamenco Guitar

  • The tabs on your website are for "Melodic Improv. on a Rumba " video, not for "Rumba Flamenca improv." and I like this one very much. Where I can get tabs for this video? Thanks

  • Sorry about the confusion. I forgot that there were 2 different solos. That one I don't have yet. Try to create your own solo out of the scales. I'll be posting a video soon on how to go about that. This will be a very detailed video on improvisation.

  • thanks

  • This is amazing. I really appreciate the lessons. I am having trouble grasping this one however. Does anyone have any tips for how i can learn this one? It just goes too fast for me. If anyone has tabs, that would be awesome. Thanks!

  • The tabs are on my website: LearnHowToPlayGuitar

  • your sooo nice my teacher

    thx alooot for all lesson

  • hey do u happen to have tabs for this or tabs for a piece similar to this i wud love to learn to play this. it was reallly good

  • not fair. this piece is not as simple as just playing Aminor over that progression. he's using alot of legato techniques and really ornaments everything.

  • i have seen many guitar player on utube and clearly this guy owns all... Beautiful bridges between riffs.

    10/10

  • At last, i thank you so much for the lessons.

I was looking for something like that. Muchas Gracias amigo !!!!!

  • una canción preciosa, transmite lo que tiene que transmitir, sentimiento expressado por cuerdas

  • darn im a metal head and yet this vid inspires me to buy a nylon..woohoo

i probably will one of these days..thanks!

  • I could tell that soon enough you will be a renaissance guitar man. If you could see yourself playing nylon like this, and since you like playing electric, WHY NOT?

  • I'm on the same shell brotha! I totally change into classical music.. no more black and doom metal. ^_^ we downgraded

  • i used to be a metal monster... actually make my living doing comedy, though... i did a cabaret gig where i shared the bill with a flamenco group. the main guitarist rewrote my sense of what was heavy on guitar. he hit his guitar harder, more precisely and more energetically than i'd ever seen before! Rock on.

  • Many thanks for posting this video, I am ok with Rumba chords but always get in a tangle when trying to play solo.

    Great Video !!!!!!!!

  • 5 stars

  • thank you sooo much for sharing... it really helped me understanding more about scales and improvisation. your video brought me so much energy and inspirations.

  • Thank You

  • :D you play wunderfull :D

  • GREAT video... thnks alot for sharing

  • Thank You

  • so simple yet so excellent

  • I learned this scales, now i can improvise fairly quickly...this really works! and is so much fun! way better than playing computer games haha!

  • Thank you so much for posting this!!!!!

  • seriously good player, so smooth

  • There are millions of lessons in youtube, this is the MOST useful I've ever met!

  • Great, I'm so glad the video helped

  • Watching this video I just realized how scales are created, and how those chords in the background are linked to them. I've always played by ear and hated the theory, but all of the sudden it has come to me.. and it makes sense!! Thank you so much, this is far more valuable then any lesson money could buy.

  • I'm so glad the video helped you. Think of the theory as a tool, it can actually be a lot of fun!

  • very very nice, thanks a lot

  • Thanks for the help and inspiration. I remain highly jealous of your smooth and perfect playing!

  • Absolutely excellent!

  • I play classical, and now i watch this, i regret that i learned classical in the first place, This is just absolutely fabulous

    You are truly inspiring

  • great!

  • Puedes darme clases?

  • grrrrrrrrreaaaaaat!

  • Ive been a blues and funk guitarist my entire time... thanks for the simplified tutorials on flamenco. You made the lessons really practical and easy for me to absorb. Again thanks!

  • your solo is dreamlike and your teching videos too :)

  • I am going to play this for sure ;) :D ... Sounds like armike alike :P

  • Can you spend the score to me?

    Puedes poner la partitura?

  • you have such amazing videos! I am trying to learn one song, but then i get distracted with another song of yours, and now just when i though i could finally focus on your persia composition...I see this video, and now I want to play this one too...AHhh! great 5 stars!

  • Thank You, Thank You!

  • Beautiful. It is very kind of you to share your music with us. It's taken me a month to get the hang of the rumba lick, but now I need someone else to play it so I can play lead!! Incidentally stringpickers, an natural Am scale uses the same notes as your basic C major scale, it justs starts on A instead. Do you perform much, Senor 'guitar lessons'? And if so where?

  • The 2nd guitar is the backing track for the solo

  • there are 2 guitars playing in this vid

  • from u get these backing tracks..plzzz help

  • he is a musician(a very good one) so you would think he has audio editing program.

  • Maybe i've done 10 replays before changing the page...

    How beautiful it is ...

  • true..

  • excellent for those learning, the location of the three scales is what we need.

mucha práctica, mucha práctica para memorizar las posiciones de las escalas.

for those asking for tabs, read the video title!! it is an improvisation. For the scales just grab a piece of paper and write down the three scale positions, not too complicated

    gracias por el video!!

  • hermoso!! bellisimo!!

  • bravo

  • thanks

  • hey man thats impossible. I am just 15 and i am near to play like that I think in 18 i will be play as nice as that is.

  • please tabs

  • o seu babaca ,até parece q alguem vai aprende desse jeito

    v se explica isso direito

  • wow... wow just.... wow

  • Just watch I was looking for, absolutely fantastic, cheers mate

  • cool!

  • You do this so much better then how ive been taught. Absolute brilliance, Love your style of playing.

  • Thanks for the nice comments. Makes it worth my time.

  • beautiful improv! thanks for the tutorial!
