Depends.

Generally, Touhou seems to have more complex patterns, but less bullets, so it's more of a maind game, while mushihimesama is more of the OMFGWTFSPAM type.

Can't say about Ikagura, have'nt played that one yet.

So I've only played Imperishable Night and I can't beat it on Normal mode without continues. Is this game or PCB any easier. If not, maybe playing them on easy too will help me train for Normal?

Well, I suggest to continue playing in Normal Mode, because it'll make you improving and improving.

Easy Mode is TOO EASY, in order to improve your reflexes and ability in this game.

If you want to get the Good End, I recommend to see videos from stages, and keep facing a more dificult level, because you will keep improving you abilities and learn the pattern of the bullets, speed, and other things.

Were you slowing the game down at some points? When remilia first started attacking, that game slowed down, and before that when you were about to die a bit before you started fighting sakuya.

Then you should set framerate to 1/2. Then it only shows half of the frames, making game little choppy, but making it very light.
