Thank you.. That's an old video.. I dance a lot better now... that was the first trip in 2005... Dancing all over and with everyone earned me the nickname "La Cubanita de Israel'.. They say I am like a Cuban, but not.. And they laugh that I dance in hotels.. on the streets, in the washrooms... you name it.. I LOVE Cuban dancing... Wondering where in Havana you went? I've been trying for a year to find a dance lesson trip leaving from Canada but they all seem to be coming out of the UK? How did you arrange your trip? I'll be in Cuba in three weeks but would love to book something like this in Havana this summer.

When I saw this video, I said "damn! this this american girl seems pretty cool, she must be part cuban." You're Canadian, makes sense. I absolutely loved the drumming, non-touristy soundin like it came straight from Cameroon. btw, you set it off on the reggaeton clip. Loved the editing, excellent recap of the highlights.

ThanX.. well.. not American or Canadian... I am actually Israeli and there is hot blood running in my blood.. maybe from the old roots from Spain. Some people call me the cubanita de Israel because of what I do.. some just call me flaguita or bailarina.. but thanX for the compliments... there are tons of new videos to look at at the Latidos site.. Oh, I forgot to ask. Did you lose A LOT of weight in Cuba? After dancing and lack of food?

Just got back from Cuba.. the food is fine because I eat with Cuban families but I always lose lots of weight because I dance so many hours.. This time I did 5 hours of classes a day and danced socially.. intense... but a real great way to shift your dancing all together.. I should make a new video showing what the process looks like now..
