I was given a neglected shihtzu puppy he was the cutest thing ever. At first he was scared of everything so it was a long process of getting him used to the place, after that he would run around the park & in the house then bam off to sleep he would go. It made me smile all the time he did that he also liked getting kisses, but he would never be still when I hold him like you do. He would just sqirm like crazy until I put him down. This video reminded me so much of him.

We were going to get a dog from the shelter in my town, but my husband's asthmatic and allergic to the dander on most dogs so we have to be particular and get one that's "hypoallergenic".. we didn't find any at the shelter. :(

@monicasocal Yeah, I tried to adopt one of thos neglected dogs and the hoops I had to go through was stupid ridicoulous. I get the whole aplication thing, but charging 200-300 for a dog that someone decided they didn't want anymore is unaccaptable. I paid 300 for my beagle from a breader, no application. People don't want to adopt dogs out, they want to charge you an arm and a leg to help a poor animal and it's too much. I've even heard of some places not allowing you to meet the dog first.
