RuneScape: Vine Whip Glitch

Does the vine whip special give experience in constitution, attk, str, and/or defense?

@Alexrendleman It gives experience in the attack style you have on, So thats attack defence or shared and always constitution.

apparently if you do it with veracs and the set effect activates, the max hit limit dissapears so the spec can hit 10 500s ;o

@MyRngIs Im thinking this glitch will occur with every weapon that has an effect upon striking, Balmung is the only i know though.
