My best trout was a great 4lb. Brook trout at the start of the season!!!!it sucks that in Maine fishing for trout ends in mid or late semptember. Spring and late season are the best for trophys like that tho

The kid said the fished was foul hooked under the gills, it should have been put back in the water. The kid poached the fish. Was a nice Trout for these little ponds in Illinois.

There are a few lakes way up north that have lunker trout. people always show up with power bait and worms but I can't stand fishing with bait I get bored so I went out and bought like 10 kastmasters while everyone was sitting and waiting I landed quite a few ill swear by those babys if your lookin to get some bow. nooo It took him about 5min to fully be able to get upright though, actually he was chasing the craws near were we caught him after he was released. so he was doing alright
