How many young people are singing His praises in church, suck it up people and show love, they are singing excellently to the glory of God. Some young people don't even have the mind to be in church let alone get up there and sing and mean what they are singing. Amen

we must realize that its not how u sound but whether u are giving the best that u can, lets try not to be so critical because its not about show or recognition its about giving GOD the glory and sometimes what we may consider as a mess HE is taking as their best. I'm a musician, and I perform all of the time, but when it comes to the things of GOD, like gospel choir at school, and in the Church, it is not ever a performance, I leade people into worship.

Advice will be to seek God more!!!! You kno that all you all can sing, but if its not done right, its not effective to Kingdom of God. Seek God and I know He will lead you to do it right. Don't settle for being good, strive to be better everytime.

mzkmonet-I assume and hope that the leader did no more r no less than the Holy Spirit led her to do, she is not singing to please man by puting on any type of exhibition that is not from the heart, thats the problem with a lot of people, that is Not being real from the Inside, this is not "Show Time At the Apollo" but real Church Praising God Only.

I am not saying that she needs to be jumping around and bein all extra and jus in case someone is confused I was talking about the 1st lead not the 2nd...the 2nd was on point but a praise and worship team is supposed to help the audience enter into a heart of worship and MY PERSONAL OPINION is that it didnt sound like her heart was in it maybe she was nervous but i am not the only one that made these kinds of remarks thanks

Yes U r right, your personal opinion, since we do not have a "heart commitment measuring meter", lets leave it strictly up to God and the individual, when performing, since we are not God for every one may not Praise God in the way we desire, for it's a individual thing, wheter it's a praise team or whatever, do as the spirit directs you to do, no more or no less, regardless who likes or dislikes.

(2Cor 10:12) says that my standard is not to be met by any other, since we were all created with one thing in mind, but to express it in the way that God has made each individual is best.. jus like 10 artists may display the same message, but there is that ONE that reaches you most

.... Likewise, we must understand that when in this type of situation- with wisdom! Clearly we know that everything that is done is not in order and when you see this type of display, you gotta know the difference. There are some (like myself) who will cry aLoUd, and other who get lost lifting up their hands, while someone may worship on their knees & head bowed. none of theses are wrong. These can all be found in the Word. Besides, WORSHIP is a lifestyle, and who can measure my life, but GOD?

: Amen, I totally agree with you. as a Muscian and a praise and worship director, i lead out every week at my church but my question and comment is: who are we to judge each other, lets leave it to God and if he was not pleased about this praise offered up to Him then he will reward in accordance to the measure of praise exibited here. let us be reminded that we are only human and no matter how famous we think we are or how good we are, we are not ualified to judge others praise.

The thing is so many people use this media as a popularity thing that when it comes on to praising God they do not know what it takes because they only look at it from the perspective of, it sounds good or i sound better and it should not be that at all. Constructive critism is to build up not tear down. If you can't accept constructive critism you wont get far. You right it's not about who is the most skilled but God deserves the best and we should be willing to do whatever it takes to make sure he gets our best, even if it means accepting constructive critism.

1st of all let me commend you for being apart of ministry. Here are a few critique you all. It was to fast whom ever was on the left was over powering everyone else. the tenors were off by a 1/2 pitch. Couldn't really here the altos. The band was not blending with the singers as well as they were TOO LOUD!!! Next time take it slow. This is a Worship song it needs to be slow and soft at first and then let it grow. If you start loud you won't have anywhere to take it. Just some friendly advice.
