That version of the Thatcher puppet, at 6:32 from 1989 (though it had been used since 1987 election special with no red flashing lights fitted) was possibly the most realistic portrayal of thatcher i've seen. Even more realistic than Thatcher herself!!!

@bumbledown08 series 6 and series 7, both 1989. Series 7 had maggie done up as st francis of assissi which is the Maggie you see right after the opening titles in part one. this is obviously a mock on the fact that Maggie quoted st francis on the steps of downing street when entering no 10 in may 1979.
