Everyone is laughing because the government will never ask for the money back. Trying to make the public feel better by pretending the government actually enforces rules on banks.
the real question is where the money went after it was transferred to goldman citi jp morgan? it obviously did not got to the execs except on a minscule scale. this discussion distracts from this central question. answer-it went to private equity lenders to the banks that used them in market control operations and political corruption.
