I filmed it from the 56th Street guard tower. It was 100ft North of the 56th jetty where the bump builds in the sand on the beach. Then both the jetty and bump pushes everything back out. They guy in the video was so bad off he couldn't here me yelling that I got the shot. He just stumbled off to his car.
